Regular Membership

New member's dues for 2018 are $390. 

Dues for renewing members for 2018 are $340. 

  • Regular membership is the primary category of membership and include full participation in all TENS activities.
  • Reduced-fee memberships are available to those in work transition and retired members.

Associate Membership

Annual membership dues for 2018 are $340.

  • Associate membership is afforded to persons who closely match membership requirements and are expected to fully meet membership requirements within two years.

TENS Membership Requirements

The Executive Network of Seattle (TENS) consists of members who satisfy requirements designed to ensure a common level of professional experience, engaged dialogue, interest in cohesive fellowship and shared learning, and involvement with the TENS community. All TENS members must have a current LinkedIn profile.

Interested candidates who do not meet the requirements detailed below but have substantial experience and knowledge in areas relevant to the TENS mission, and an interest in both sharing, learning, and growing, are welcome to engage with us and see if there is a mutually beneficial fit.

Experience Requirements: A substantial base of leadership and management experience that includes:

1. Minimum 10 years of management experience AND

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a corporate officer/board member entrepreneur/founder, senior manager, director, consultant, or elected public official AND

3. Direct responsibility of management functions such as a planning, organizing, staffing, direction and controlling an organization, and/or annual budgets.

Participatory Requirements: Actively engage with other TENS members to build robust relationships, learn together to achieve significant benefits:

1. Active engagement in at least one other professional association, charitable, or similar organization.

2. Commitment to the values and by-laws of the TENS organization through:

a. Consistent attendance and participation in TENS Meeting and Committee activities.

b. Willingness to help the TENS organization by volunteering for leadership and/or operational activities.

c. Commitment to supporting other TENS members in the pursuit of their professional interests and goals.

d. Relationship and communication style that connects with fellow TENS members on a personal level.

e. Encouraging colleagues to explore and join TENS.
